The following Terms of Use apply to the use of the website www.globalvehicles.co.uk (the "site") operated by Global Vehicle Exporters Ltd. (GVE). By using the site, you agree to these terms.

These terms govern the use of the site. Transactions are subject to GVE's TERMS OF TRADE, which are provided with the invoice, unless GVE enters into a separate written agreement with you. All prices on the Site are listed in GBP or USD, and unless otherwise stated in writing, are offered on CNF or FOB terms. GVE accepts payment only in the currency stated on the invoice. Bank charges and other transaction costs are not included in the invoice price and are payable by you.

Please note that the English version of these terms is the only legally binding version. Non-English translations are provided solely for convenience purposes.
 

Limitation of Liability

Registration for a GVE-customer account is required to make transactions, and registration is free. However, the information provided during registration must be accurate and up-to-date. GVE is not liable for any loss arising from incorrect information provided by the user.

GVE exercises due diligence in posting information on the site, but does not make any warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, safety, validity,  or up-to-dateness of the information. GVE will not be held liable for any loss resulting from decisions or actions taken by the user based on information on the site.

GVE offers the site and its content "as is" and excludes implied warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law. GVE is not liable for consequential, indirect, or punitive damages or lost business, profit, or use resulting from the use, inability to use, or results of using the site and content.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Abuse of the site or GVE's written policies, or other fraudulent or bad faith acts, may result in the suspension or cancellation of your account without notice. You are responsible for any losses resulting from your breach of these terms, negligence, wrongdoing, or violation of contract or third-party rights or law.

GVE complies with applicable anti-corruption, anti-social forces, and security export control laws and regulations. Any transactions contravening these laws are prohibited.

If any part of these terms is held unenforceable, the rest remains effective as written, except where held unenforceable. These terms are governed by the laws and courts of the UK.
 

Amendments

Global Vehicle Exporters reserves the right to modify or amend these Terms at any time. The revised Terms will be posted on the Site, and your continued use of the Site or services constitutes your agreement to be bound by the revised Terms.
